Things You Should Keep In Mind

 All items are ready stock unless notified and most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 working days.
 Shipping fees are beared by customers and the total price is displayed during checkout.
 Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package.
 Tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

Shipment within Malaysia

 Shipment within Malaysia is divided into 2 zones.

 West Malaysia (Free above RM100, normal rate RM6)
 East Malaysia (Free above RM100, normal rate RM10)

 Available Warehouse: Selangor Warehouse, Penang Warehouse. 
 Rate is available during checkout.
 Lead time is 1-2 working days.

 Selangor Warehouse - iStoreiSend (iSIS). iSIS is an E-fulfillment service provider. They use various courier such as Pos Laju, SKYNET, Ninjavan, etc.
 Penang Warehouse - Courier used is Pos Laju

Shipment outside Malaysia

 Shipment outside Malaysia is divided into 2 methods.

 Registered Small Packet Mail (Lead time is 3-5 working weeks)
 Express Courier (Lead time is 2-4 working days)

 Country:

 Singapore (Free above RM150 (~SGD50), normal rate RM30 (~SGD10) via Express Courier)
 Others (Please check rates during checkout or contact us for enquiry)

 Available Warehouse: Selangor Warehouse, Penang Warehouse. 
 Rate is available during checkout.

Tracking

 An email will be sent to you once parcel is in process for shipment. If the parcel is from Selangor Warehouse, you will receive an iSIS tracking number with its tracking link. After 1-2 days, once the parcel is packed and shipped with an actual courier provider, an email will be sent to you along with its tracking number. You can continue to track using iSIS link or the courier's link written in the email. 

 Please allow 1-2 working days for the courier's system to update before tracking your parcel.
